OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RiskMize operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RiskMize regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
